March 20, 2000 ~ A Day in the Housing Office

Today is my first work day on the Housing webpage. I just finished all the basic layout and structure, but my boss went home, and we don't have the content disk here yet, so I really don't have anything to do until tomorrow. It is kind of strange to be making a "professional" webpage for the school. I am used to doing artsy stuff for my personal page and The Well, but this has to look like it fits in with the rest of the school's page, has a white background, and official headers and footers. Not much room for creativity. Hm.

It has been rainy, cold, and misty all day, and the mountains have looked beautiful. Just now the sun is starting to peek out. Morgan is working in computing services, mapping the entire WWC webpage. Ugh. It doesn't sound fun at all.

I miss my ergonomic keyboard.

I am trying to install a NedStat counter for my page, but (even though I have now sent four requests) they still have not sent me the info on the HTML code that I need to put in. *growl* It is getting quite frustrating.

I think I am going to start joining webrings soon.
