October 31, 2004 ~ Little Red Riding Hood
Sunday.
Morgan and I are off to a Halloween / Samhain / Harvest party at our friend Sloan's house, where there will be a old-fashioned Southern pig pickin', potluck, and barbecue. Yes, we've been back from vacation for a while now, and I've many a story to tell. But, for now, here's what I did yesterday:
Delaware and I dressed up as Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf for a Halloween parade. (We also had a sign that said, "The Big Bad Wolf was framed!")
(Unfortunately, once we got up to the street where there were the Big Bad Trucks with Big Noisy Chains, Delaware decided he'd had enough of that, so before he got too stressed out, Morgan took him back to the park to rest and I walked Cheyenne--the Not Quite So Big Bad Wolf--instead.)
